ext/session complete and 2,429 Zend tests passing

All 23 session functions, the SessionHandler family and file handlers land in the runtime; the Zend corpus rises to 2,429 passes.

Future updates can be added by creating a fragment in src/pages, registering it in build.py and adding an item to the RSS feed.
